The communication with the coin mechanism is done via a standard parallel interface. There are used 6 signal lines and by transmitted pulses, the passed coins are registered on them.

There are 4 types of signalization that allow different numbers of recognizable coins.

Electrical connection

The controller CW01R66 consists of two circuit boards connected by a ribbon cable. The control board with a display, which is an inseparable part of the board, is intended to be placed on the front panel. The coin mechanism and all buttons are connected to it. The relay board could be placed at the base of the case as it is connected to the power supply and the control signals.

Individual program times

CW01R66 can work with one time for all programs or there can be set individual time for each program.

Setting the time is for 1 token or 1 euro, depending on the type of the machine. When working with coins other than 1 euro, it is calculated in proportion to the inserted amount.

Mechanical assembly

The controller CW01R66 consists of two circuit boards - a control board with a display located on the face panel and the for connecting the control signals.

To secure the controller to the face panel, there must be cut a rectangular opening for the screen and four mounting holes for the bolts and the studs.
We recommend the installation of a plexiglass cap that protects the controller from mechanical stress and moisture.

To each one of the 16 programs could be added up to 2 times and upon their expiry specific outputs can change their state.

This function is useful if for instance is needed initially for the detergent to be pumped under high pressure.

Changing all available parameters happens via a USB cable which could be connected to a computer (PC and Mac) or an Android phone or tablet(with USB OTG transition).

Connecting to a Windows computer

Download the application and install it.
Connect to the controller using a micro USB cable.
During the initial connection and the startup of the application will be detected the lack of some drivers and it will begin their installation which has to be confirmed. Upon success…

The availability of a color display allows each view to be customized by color and text.

For each group that is associated with presenting information on the screen, there is a setting for the choice of the background. It could be solid color or with waves and you chose the color and the background and the waves. In the outlook work, there is also a chronometer that shows the remaining time like a clock for which there are colors for the passed and remaining time.
